Step 1Stick the rubber strip where you want to place the bell on your bike handlebar
Step 2Choose one suitable metal lock plate match your handlebar diameter. Wrap the band around your handlebar
Step 3Insert the metal lock plate ends into slots inside bell and release, allowing lock plate to lock in place
Step 4Keep the bell forward or upright on your handlebar. Do not let the bell touch any cables or brake levers. Secure with 2.5mm hex,dont over tighten
